SHIPPING
International customers can browse and shop in their local currency by selecting their country from the dropdown menu at the bottom of the website.
All international orders are shipped via DHL. (Shipping to APO/FPO addresses is not available.)

 

DUTIES & TAXES
Duties and taxes are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout, and all applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Depending on the country, duties and taxes may either be included in the total checkout amount or, if not included, you may choose to pay them at checkout or upon delivery.

If you select “pay on delivery,” the carrier may not deliver the package until all required duties and taxes have been paid.

Charged in checkout
→ Duties and taxes are calculated and included at checkout. No additional charges will apply later.

Charged on delivery
→ Duties and taxes are not included at checkout. You will be required to pay them separately to the carrier upon delivery.

RETURNS

Return shipping costs are calculated based on the product weight according to the rate table and are not a fixed flat fee.
Once you submit a return request through our website, a return approval email will be sent to you.
After approval, a prepaid DHL return label will be emailed.
Please schedule a pickup or drop off the package at your nearest DHL location within 3 days of receiving the label.

All returned items will be individually reviewed to confirm they are unused and unwashed,
and the final decision will be made at the sole discretion of GLFR.

Excessive, unreasonable, or fraudulent return attempts, as well as violations of this policy,
may result in future orders or returns being denied.
This policy is in place to ensure that we provide the best possible service for all our customers.

Duties and taxes incurred during international shipping are paid directly to the customs office of your country
and are not imposed or collected by GLFR

Please kindly note that all related fees—including shipping fees, duties, and taxes—may be deducted from your refund amount.
